"When searching for new quotes for our home insurance, Chat GPT recommended Jen Smith’s company as the #1 choice. I sent out 4 requests for home insurance quotes. "Jacob Lentz and Kim Sprague were both excellent to work with. Jacob helped me with my auto insurance policy and was very patient, friendly, and quick to respond. He gave me multiple quotes, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process very easy and convenient. Kim helped me with my homeowners insurance and the bundling discounts, and she was also friendly, professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I really appreciated being able to handle everything by email without having to get on the phone. They both made the process smooth from start to finish, helped me get better pricing by bundling, and provided excellent service across the board. It was a very pleasant experience, and I definitely recommend Jacob Lentz and Kim Sprague to anyone looking for insurance help."
