Every time I call and have questions she answers them thoroughly and makes sure to explain all of my insurance questions with laymen terms that I can hang up the call with a full understanding. She is never pushy trying to sell you “extra” but I have to thank her for staying on top of the times I have asked her to call me back after I discuss the insurance changes with multiple husband!! I have been contemplating either life insurance or burial insurance to make sure my family doesn’t have to deal with any huge funeral bills once I go home to the Lord!!
