Every time I call and have questions she answers them thoroughly and makes sure to explain all of my insurance questions with laymen terms that I can hang up the call with a full understanding. She is never pushy trying to sell you “extra” but I have to thank her for staying on top of the times I have asked her to call me back after I discuss the insurance changes with multiple husband!! I have been contemplating either life insurance or burial insurance to make sure my family doesn’t have to deal with any huge funeral bills once I go home to the Lord!! "We had a house fire recently and it was taking way way too long for things to get approved so we could move back into our house. We Had little if any headway in getting the project started due to the adjuster, dragging his feet to get things approved and done in an expedient matter. I was able to make one call to my agent’s office Annette Burkhardt. Her colleague Brynna was able to take matters in her own hands and was able to push the process forward almost immediately upon contacting her. Sometimes it just takes someone who cares to make things happen. Thanks so much Brynna!!"
