"I am here again getting fooled by the agent kayleigh Mathews. She offered me a premium 500$ lesser than my other insurance provider and hence I decided to move. But now out of nowhere she mentions that there is some discrepancy with quote she provided which underwriter has updated and now charging me 300$ more. Don’t ever believe them and don’t ever come back to State Farm through this agent. If I had an option of negative scores I would have given -5 for their service. Especially for the service and cheating with incorrect information 6 months ago I was with Statefarm for 4 years but so disappointed with the lack of communication when I cancelled my insurance with State Farm. Nobody explained me about the North Carolina rule of prorated deduction when you switch the insurance. I had an overlap of just 1 day for which they have deducted around 300$ which is insane. I will never come back to State Farm and sincerely would advice everyone to ask all these questions before cancelling. Totally disappointed."

"Being investigated huhh?! The unprofessional vm is talk enough! They changed my policy premium 3xs in less than six months, refused to allow me to make a payment before lapse of coverage date, then went into my account and erased data information! Beware and pay close attention to payment dates. The payment date and payment cycle date are separate and should remain that way! They also provide DMV with inaccurate date of cancelation!"
