"My wife and I have been price shopping all over the state recently and we had a lovely phone call with a Jacob? I forget his last name… lost? Less? It doesn’t really matter.
The point is, he was attentive, kind, caring, and very good at explaining the pros and cons of each option. He was incredibly well spoken and really left us with a lot to think about.
What struck me most was he took the time to break everything down while KNOWING we wouldn’t be buying that day. To dedicate so much time to a sure no-sale really shows the care and character of an individual."
